"this place is a total ripoff and very unprofessional. not only did I spend $20 more on a product than I normally do in WA (which is fine, I know CA tends to be more expensive), but I came home to discover that the packaging had already been opened and some of the product was missing. I went back to the store to try and get a replacement and the shop employee refused (even with a receipt) and told me it was my job to check the item in store. really? why are you selling products to customers that you haven’t checked for quality and safety? i’m not from this area so I won’t be back, but I recommended any potential customers avoid this shop at all costs."

"I've never written a negative review for any place or have ever felt the need to, but my experience here warrants it. Yesterday, I bought a 300 capsule container of Klarity kratom. Upon opening the top of the container that night, I found that the seal was broken and looks like a quarter of the product is missing. Took it in this morning for what I thought would be a simple exchange, for the fact that they sold me a product that was defect. They told me that because I didn't open it to check it in shop, they couldn't offer me an exchange due to the fact that they can't resell it, and they don't know if it's contaminated/dangerous. That's exactly why I brought it in, and when I bought it -- I was given no warning to check the product in store, I feel like it should be on them to do so if it's a common issue like they tried to explain to me this morning. So I told them that it simply comes down to looking out for the customer and honoring a refund or exchange, or treating me and this situation as a profit/loss for their business and they chose the latter. Extremely disappointed, would not recommend their service to anyone and would like to warn everyone to check their product because they clearly do not quality check it themselves."

They have a really good selection of Mods, atomizers, Juice & more! & I love that if you mention something that you would like to have, you can have it ordered. In my experience, it shows up really quickly! The gentleman behind the counter is so welcoming & he always has a smile on his face! Love this shop!"
