"I called this place and asked about their products and opening hours for the following day. The woman I spoke to told me they open at 10:30am the next day and I let her know I’m coming to buy some of her products before my appointment with my client. I arrived at 11am and the store was closed. My client was coming to my shop for noon and I needed the numbing cream asap. I drove all the way here from Woodland Hills and they were closed and didn’t answer no calls, no texts. Today I came again at 1:30pm and the store is closed again!!!! I believe this company is out of business and absolutely unreliable!"

"I went in there with a messed up percing , from another percing place and a female helped me fix my messed up percing the backing was stuck inside my lip and that hurts like a muthaaaafuckaaaa !!
