"I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS. every time i go into the store something bad happens. they give me broken items and no refunds. everything is cheap and low quality claire’s is better than this store absolutely astronomically disgusted and disappointed. i’ve only been to that store 2 times and everytime something bad happens. one employee said they would give me a discount on an item so when i went to purchase the item and i asked for the discount she told me no and she changed everything since the supervisor was standing next to her the second time i bought one earring when i went to put it in my ear it broke into pieces i went to get a refund and then she said “sorry no refunds only exchange” i said “well it broke in my hands how crazy i want a refund” she said “we don’t sell broken things” i then proceeded to exchange for two new necklaces and one of them when i checked at home WAS BROKEN. SERVICE IS SUPER BAD. i told all my friends not to go to this store cheap store. WASTE OF MONEY."
