"I ordered LePortier on 1/10/24. On 1/31/24, I emailed Vista that there was no update on my order. They responded on 2/3/24 saying it should ship soon with a tracking number. A couple of days later it updated saying I should get it on 2/12/24. Today is 2/22/24 and still not delivered. The last update was 2/8/24. I believe they created a shipping label to make me believe it was shipped but it actually has not to buy time. I’m starting to think they don’t have it in stock or this is a scam company."

"I ordered Le portier on Jan 12th it said it was in stock when I ordered and that it will be shipped by the end of the month. Here we are Jan 31st and still not shipped. I sent emails and called. No response."

"Ordered a Tromba Reposado Tequila about 3 week ago. Sent an email to the company to get an update or refund. NO ONE has got back with me like the email I received. Horrible service and do not recommend buying from them!"

"Good selection. Nice customer service on the phone. Decent prices. Slow lacking shipping. I placed an order and was told there was 1-3 day shipping. Next morning it said "shipped", but days kept passing where there was no movement on the tracking and the shipping company said they never physically received it. CS said it was on a pallet and should be picked up today. Yet there are still no new entries in tracking. I guess I won't be receiving it in time after all and may have to reject the delivery and source from elsewhere. I really don't understand how the order can just sit on a pallet for days on end yet say "has been shipped" and "1-3 day shipping". In the end it came on the last day so I got lucky. I was told there was a backup due to a holiday last week so it's understandable, but I hope it doesn't happen on my next order haha."
