"This used to be a great 7-eleven but it has different owners recently and it has went to hell. I shop there regularly so I'm not a stranger. My 86-year old mother and I stopped by there very late at night to buy sodas and rolls for in the morning. My mother had to use the restroom and at her age she can't wait. The man working refused to let her use it. Employees only. Now I understand them not wanting people to use their restroom but an 86-year old woman? I'm taking my business to the store up the road."

"The last time I ever go here the lady at the counter is the rudest most unhappy person I've ever encountered. She slammed the cash back in my hand and acts Like she hates everyone most miserable lady ever. Makes you feel like your buisness there is nor important and she don't want yours. So beware"

"There is this old Mexican woman who has just started working at 7 Eleven. She is so rude and has no customer service skills. I'm aware of the other usual staff who has been with 7 Eleven for while, I had no problem with them at all. Until this woman who was working on 04/12/19 during the day around 1:00pm. She takes her personal problems and brings therm to work. When I come to store I expect excellent customer service with no attitude and my 7 Year old son needs not be threatened by a worker! I'm very upset about this manner of this woman. She brings her misery she has at Mapleview Apartment to work!! I really hope the Management can take serious steps on this case. This is upsetting. I used up come to 7 Eleven everyday for 7 years.. Until this year recently when she started working there. I'm disappointed by her services."
