BOSS LIQUOR

"My Husband had a DoorDash order and he forgot his wallet at a gas station and he called the customer to let them know that he’s going to be running late and whoever was working on the 29th of July 2023 around 4:30pm was super rude to him just because my husband has tattoos all over and the guy made him call the customer again even though he let him know that he already called to let the customer know already what was going on, All the guy had to do was hand the order to my husband and the guy made him wait until he checked out every person that was in there and handed him the order he accused him of kicking the door on his way out when he clearly pushed the with his foot because he’s hands were full made him get out of his car to “apologize” for kicking the door and wasn’t letting him go until my husband did, overall our experience was terrible there he goes in there all the time to pick up DoorDash order and it’s the same guy being racist and rude. It’s not okay to be treating people differently just because they have tattoos. Do better boss liquor."

"I have been going to this store for a very long time now. It’s a perfect place to buy your party liquor and they have a huge variety of alcohol overall. The cashier Nav is very helpful and gives very good alcohol recommendations, If you are wanting to try new liquor. Everytime I go they are very friendly and Nav would always put a smile on your face. Would continue visiting and suggest all my friends to start buying their stuff here as well. Lots of love."

"Was in couple days ago getting some things and witnessed a homeless man with $5 trying to get $1 watermelon, refused service for no reason. I then purchased it for him and chased him down shopping center to give him but feelings seemed to hurt to even want it anymore. Should be kinder to paying customers. My friends and I definitely wont.be returning. Probably as well as customers behind me who witnessed"

"This liquor store is located in the Ross shopping center next to Mountain Mike's Pizza the inside is very clean and modern everything is well stocked . Vast selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, the staff is kind and welcoming. I've never encountered "creepy people" hang out outside the store or panhandling.They have another location in Natomas as well that's equally as nice. My friends say they have better prices most times on quality bottles then what they find at places like bevmo or total wine. They are open until midnight on weekends and 1am on weekends."

"Zero stars today. I have patronized this store for years, even prior to present ownership. I spend a couple hundreds of dollars per week, mostly for cigarettes. The other day they sold me me menthol cigarettes by mistake. Today they would not exchange them. "We don't do that sort of thing ". So: we will indeed sell you the wrong product, and then stand behind a firm no. Ok bros. I don't know you anymore."
