"Never shipped the order. Blamed it on FedEx but FedEx said order was never shipped. Customer service doesn’t reply to emails. Ordered it two weeks before Christmas!!! What a disappointment! Edit: What is more upsetting is that instead of apologizing for not sending the order or not replying to emails you bother to reply here accusing me of wanting “free bottle” or hurting a “struggling business”. Maybe you would not be struggling if you actually shipped the products out or provided better customer service. I haven’t requested free products, all I asked is to cancel the order and refund me money for a Christmas gift you never shipped out!"
