"I live in the neighborhood. I have driven by and stopped twice and they are always closed. I guess by appointment only? Saw their ad in the local newspaper and called them. Got a message machine. I'm just not into playing phone tag, i.e they have to call me back - my phone rejects the unrecognized spam number and we're back where we started from. Then I left an email on their web site 3 days ago inquiring about service, time needed and fee. Heard nothing back. Need to work on being very easy to access. Hire someone to handle the phone traffic? Why advertise for new business when you can't be gotten ahold of, much less responded to? Peter G. / University Heights"
