"Good selection. Unfortunately, as others have stated, there seems to be an inconsistency with ID checking. I went with my nephew who is underage. I couldnt buy my items at the register as a result. He doesnt drink so it never crossed my mind. Fine, my bad, solid policy overall. But there were families shopping with kids and teenagers, literally like a family trip on Christmas eve. They didnt seem to have issues. Clear, concise, consistent policy (applicable to everyone) would be nice."

"This is a wonderful store from what I have seen in person and in the reviews, but this ID policy is out of control. I(20 yr) went with my sister (28 yr) to grab a gift for our brother who has invited us over for a Christmas party. I was standing right next to my sister while she was buying the drink, the clerk called a manager. Then, we were told that she could not purchase it because I did not have an adult guardian. I don't know if you guys know what an adult guardian is, but she is my guardian. This is very unprofessional, in my opinion. I think you should not be selling this to underage kids, of course. But do mind that some people just don't have the circumstances to not bring their siblings who can not possibly be left alone at the moment."

"Just a heads up to anyone whose family sent them on a grocery and alcohol run for Thanksgiving dinner. If you're (26y/o) in charge of your sister (13y/o) while your parents are at work, and you can't leave her home alone, you either have to leave your younger sibling outside or come back when you can find a babysitter for her. It was my first time to a total wine but now I'm aware of their 21 and over policy for everyone in your party. Ended up at Target and then Costco to get the alcohol."

"During my recent visit, my partner and I visited your location, and unfortunately, I forgot to bring my ID. I requested if my partner could make the purchase while I stepped outside the shop. However, both an employee and a manager informed us that my partner couldn't enter on his own until the 24-hour mark unless I returned with him to present my ID. However, upon my request for a printed copy of this policy, I was informed that such documentation was unavailable. Therefore, I kindly request that all employees consistently implement the ID verification process as indicated by the policy without any exceptions.
