"I'm normally an all around positive, up-beat, happy person. The male cashier that normally runs the cash register here is a real grouch. Definitely NOT someone I would have working for me & I have owned and operated 3 businesses of my own. The last time I went into Skip's, this male cashier told me to leave the store. Like I said, he really brings out the worst in me and I have never, in my entire life, been told to leave any establishment I have visited. It started out me laughing and joking with the guy and I couldn't get even a hint of a smile out of him. It turned out us getting a little angry at each other and all I said was that I wanted him to hurry up and get me rung up so I could pay and leave then, that's when he told me to just leave. I don't know if he meant for life or for the day but, honestly, I do not care to go back there and shop - EVER! And I genuinely love people and I can get along with just about anyone and the truth is I am an honest, caring, loving, happy person and this guy is just a jerk!! My best advice to anyone wanting to know if they should shop here, don't waste your time. If you're in dire need of liquor, there is another place in town where you can buy that. "This is such a small town, not many stores. I must confirm everything is highly priced around here. This liquor store has reasonable prices. I was impressed to buy emergency Pampers for less than 2 dollars, great deal. It was perfect for the situation. Very nice owners,great customer service."
