"I'm enjoying getting my lashes here. Ianthiya is my tech and she did such a wonderful job. They last really well over the two weeks and she had me in and out in an hour. I get volume every two weeks. They send helpful text reminders and pre- book me each time so my lashes stay on point!"

"I got my lashes done here a few weeks ago( it was a full volume set). They were fine at first. I loved them, but as the day went on, lashes were falling out left and right. I woke up the next day and lashes were all over my pillow. This never happened to me and I've had lashes before. I called to see if I could get a refund and they do not do refunds and offered to fix my lashes for free by the same lash tech. I was not pleased at all."

"I was at this location less then a week ago for the first time to have my classic lash extension filled and I already need another fill less then 7 days later. My regular lady is on maternity leave and my lashes normally last a solid 3 week. I called them and explained. They informed me it may take be between 1 to 2 days for a manager to call me back. I can't wait a few days to for a reply with most my lashes off. I bought a membership, so I decided to schedule another fill to have this fixed using my pre paid fill from my membership. it will be with a senior stylist, so I am going to have to pay a additional 9$ . It's so stupid that I am having to "pay" use my fill in order to have this fixed. I did however love my Eyebrows. I canceled my membership. 100% do jot recommend. I get that they have many stylist and levels of experience but i am.paying for a service that should be done right and consistently within all stylist. The way they said they would call me back instead of getting me in asap to fix it is what made me feel like they didn't care. I shouldn't have to pay 9$ for an experience employee."

"I have been going to Veronica since before Covid. She is amazing! I especially like that she is very particular, takes whatever time you need for your lashes to be perfect. The staff is friendly and always helpful. So glad I found Lash Lounge."
