"Place an order to be delivered and for some reason they declined to substitute one of the items from my order that was 350 ml to something completely different that was 50 ml ( where is any logic ?? ) and I have never even approved the replacement! I called the store 3 times while the driver was on his was to pick my order and the first time gentleman said he can’t help me, second time the lady asked me to hold, then simply hang up on me, the third time I was asking at least to replace with something that I want not with the random store stuff choice and guess what? The driver already left… I used to order champagne every single Sunday for my brunch, never again! Unprofessional! Poor customer service."
