"Monrovia Liquor & Mart has undergone a facelift lately and you can really tell on the inside. The shelving is cleaner and the place has a full on beer cave. Will need to shop there a bit more to see if it can get a "5" but I'm hardly disappointed with having them as a nearby option for groceries or libations."
