"Not sure if he was an owner or an employee, but the man at the checkout counter made a creepy comment toward me and generally made me feel uncomfortable the entire time I was there. It also took a ridiculously long time to do a simple transaction. You’ll find better deals and service literally anywhere else (there’s a 7/11 next door!). Not worth it to come here imo. In response to the owner: Your business is the first one I’ve ever left a negative review on because it made me feel that uneasy. All I did was enter the store, grab what I needed, said hello, and gave my item to the clerk with my ID. He didn’t even ask for it, because I already had it ready to give to him. Your employee decided to be unprofessional instead of just processing my transaction. It’s not my fault I happen to look young, and I remember him telling me “you look great” which is inappropriate and never okay to me. How am I supposed to look at 25??? He also never explained anything to me about a system override or why he had to hold on to my ID for so long. All of this made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I would’ve appreciated better communication. Thank you for looking into the issue, but I still will not be returning."

"It's amazing when a business owner cares about their consumer. My first visit I was greeted with a smile. I was hoping they had a particular brand of vape I like, rarely do I find them at a local liquor store, when he feigned he didn't carry it, he made sure to tell me not to worry he would have it for me the next time I came in, AND HE DID!!! Wooow, first time in a long time I get like my money and happiness mattered. It's also refreshing that it is my local liquor store, great addition to the fountain valley community. Thanks for listening I had to share"
