"This establishment is absolutely unprofessional. They canceled my scheduled appointment one hour before it was due. Instead of calling or accommodating me with another appointment, they simply texted me that my appointment was canceled. Do they not realize that people are not sitting at home bored? I had to hire a babysitter for my toddler while I attended my appointment, and I had to rearrange my schedule to make it. If they had some common decency, they would have, first of all, called me to explain the situation rather than texting me. Secondly, they should have compensated for this inconvenience or worked something out by squeezing me in with another person at my scheduled time. Absolutely terrible service. I will never go back to this business."

"Overall it’s good, I have been going for about a year. But had one bad incident (make sure to choose your provider accordingly). Requested a specific provider, but somehow ended up with someone else. The young lady botched my lips, and asked me to pay more (extra filler) to fix it. They tried to convince me “how good it looked”, but it was clearly uneven. That was definitely a confusing behavior. My friends noticed that the moment I left the place. I ended up paying extra to fix, but still unhappy with results. You can give the place a chance, but be careful with providers"
