"Everyone in the office was very nice. My appointment was on Monday May 11 for an IPL. On Friday, the 15, I called to talk to the office manager about some concerns of mine. The receptionist said that she was not available but would call me back promptly. I called again, the following Friday, May 22, to ask to speak to the manager as I had not heard back from her. The receptionist apologized again and said that she would tell the manager directly to please call me. It is now Tuesday, May 26, and I still have yet to hear from the office manager. Obviously, the COURTESY of a return call was not given. As a result, I will not do further business with them in the future. The Office manager did finally call me. An appointment was set and the problem solved. Everyone was very nice. Thank you."
