"This location does not do returns. I purchased something and wanted to return is a few days later. Still in box, never opened. The lady at the counter said we’re not doing returns right now. When I asked why, she said, it’s up to the discretion of the owner and today they said no. I figured ok, maybe another day. I then called a few days later, was told basically the same thing. The only reason I gave this location 2 stars is because the employees are pretty knowledgeable about their products."
"Sally's Beauty is a little hidden and for some reason google maps has it marked a little down the way where there is another beauty supply. The woman there lied to me and said she didn't know where there was a Sally Beauty when it was just down the way! Glad I found it! Since only they carry Arctic Fox. Very nice sales lady at Sally's helped me determine size and color :)"
