"I have been a long time customer at Dermfx and usually visit the Sunset location (which is awesome). However, I was going to be in the Orange area and decided to go to the Orange location for an IPL (and other things, ha ha). I was greeted by Yessenia who was incredibly accommodating and friendly! She numbed me for my IPL and updated me thoroughly on the treatment. Then Nina came in to do my IPL (and other things). Wow! I am blown away with the attention to detail Nina had with every step of my procedures!!! This is really rare these days! She took her time and made sure everything was perfect! She gave me a nice natural look as I like and just really cared! I am definitely going back to this office! Good job ladies! You're unicorns in this business!"

"I have been a client of DermFX for some time now. I love how easy it is to make an appointment and how quickly they get me in. Christina is the injector nurse that I request for every visit. Ive seen many injectors over the last 15 years but none have been as kind and patient as her. She might be one of the most pleasent people I have ever met. When it comes to your face you want to have an injector that is patient, understanding and a good listener. Good bedside manner is sooo important as this will be a person that you will see on a regular basis through out the years. She listens and and injects just how ask, as I am pretty particular, and never makes me feel neuratic about it. I am so happy to have her as my injector and always look forward to my appointment with her. Very pleased client!"

"I came in for my first time. I got botox and then asked about lip fillers. She sold me 1 tube and said it was enough to do my lips and skin said yes and all the extra I will put around your lips. Well it did nothing but take my 450.00. I went back to say nothing happened to my lips and the manger said it would not with one tube. I would need a lot more. If I new that I would never have bought 1 .I want a refund for bad service. The nurse even lied and said she told me. But I would never throw 450.00 away if I need 10 more tube.Very misleading. Very unhappy."

"Don’t normally do reviews but I’ve been to this location 2 times now and am extremely impressed with the staff, especially the RN April. I work in a medical facility and have had a lot of different nurses/doctors inject me but shes definitely my favorite so far and will continue driving to this location ( even though it’s out of the way) to be seen by her. Shes super talented, thorough and gives a great natural result."
