"I’ve been going to sev for about 5 years and have recently canceled my appointment. Beware that they randomly change their policy’s and don’t make that known to customers so when you try and adhere to the policy you know of they won’t follow that. They also have raised their prices, and often have nurses that are not culturally sensitive to darker skin."

"So I went for my first time Dec 30th 23 to the Long Beach Location and I absolutely enjoyed myself I don’t know much about laser hair removal or what to expect but it was a way better experience than waxing . I am doing a pay as you go because it’s not in my budget to pay for a package as Christmas just passed my child’s birthday and Thanksgiving lol super busy months for me I find it affordable which makes me super happy and the location was clean , the front desk ladies were friendly sweet and personable. The establishment was filled with great energy , was very modern and had some good music going .
