"The poorest bottom of the barrel customer service ever experienced at this location. I was in Sally’s in Gardena on Redondo Beach today at 2:00pm , and let’s just say that the two female employees either did not attend..fell asleep or just dismissed the section on customer service in their training. While I stood in the same isle that the checkout registers were located looking for a product and waited for one of the women too finish helping their customers at the register, I watched both of them look right at me saying nothing and ignore me. The woman with the pink ponytail went back and forth from the register 3 times (no customers) looked at me and just stood by the register..again no customers. The other woman did the same thing 2 times and ended up staying in another part of the store. Each time both women saw me looking at them for help and said nothing.. no can I help you...but earlier, I did here one of them ask another customer that was in the store. So After my curiosity wore off on how long this was going to go on, I asked the girl with the pink ponytail standing at the register, “Can I get some help here?” After her attempt to help me, I asked her ‘“So when were you going to help me? and she gave the sorriest, weakest answer saying, “ I was gonna help you”. I’m thinking when??, When the store is closing and you have to get everyone out? So based on some the other reviews, this is clearly a no customer service zone at this Sally’s for some of us."

"It's acceptable but because I am a regular Sally's shopper, I have been to many different locations from Northern to Southern California. This location doesn't have as much to choose from as some as of the orher Sally's stores. It works for a close location and you need something quick."
