"I booked for a Sunday appointment for 3 hydradermabrasion and deep cleansing facials for my mom, sister and I. My esthetician was Sonya and my mom and sister had Kate. Both ladies were so gentle and we felt so pampered. I had Korean laser facials before in the past, and this place is very detail when it comes to taking care of their client. They sent personal text reminder and also location the day before. We love our spa day at Mirako ! Make sure you reserve your facials with Sonya and Kate."

"I had the 60 min hydration facial. I was optimistic because the front staff was friendly and got me back right away. My facial started on time too. The beginning was really nice, but half way through she put this mesh mask thing on my face that covered all my face, and made a slit for my mouth. Right away I didn't like it, but then she applied a facial mask on top of it that went on liquid and hardens over time. After she was done appling it she left the room with no word or explanation...I sat there uncomfortable with this mesh mask and treatment on for over 15 min, maybe 20. Even though the mask had set after less than 10 min, I could feel it. When she came back in she took it off and put some lotion on my face and said I was done. She was done with me 5 min before the hour was up. So I would not call the facial a 60 min facial, I would call it a 35 min facial because I was out early and sat there without service for 20 min. If I wanted to sit with a mud mask for half my facial time I paid for, I would do that at home with my own products. I don't pay to sit and wait, esp with a mesh sheet over my face making me feel claustrophobic. She also tried to pop a couple small pimples on my face (barely even there) without asking me if she could and made one much worse that now is twice as big as it was before she touched it....I would not go back."
