Right away I loved that her place was extremely professional and when you walk in you feel like your in a high class salon in Beverly Hills and not a 5 year old little girl pink and fluffy bedroom. "Came here to see Ivonne today. Normally I'm super sceptical about getting facials because I've always been scared of what can happen during and after. I have seen and heard horror stories of Treatments going wrong. I've been having issues with my skin for the last year or so... breakouts... redness.. etc. And figured I'd try to work on it in the new year. It was super easy to book and appt with Ivonne through her website. She explained everything to me in detail... went over the process and never pressured me to get a treatment. I wanted to just get a consult and see how I felt after. I felt like I could trust her judgment and what she said. It felt like she was being very honest and not trying to sell me something. She just wanted to help. Even though it's super expensive I decided to get the hydrafacial since that seems to be the best option for facials nowadays.
