"Wow! What a blissful experience. I got a facial and Ashley asked what massage I wanted with it, arms and hands or legs and feet. I didn’t know that was included in a facial! She also massaged my neck and shoulders. She asked if I wanted her to talk me through what she was doing or if I preferred silence, which is great because I tend to zen out and I don’t want to feel bad that I’m not engaging in conversation.
