"I am so happy this resource is available! But you have to jump through multiple hoops to get someone on the phone or a return call. Email sometimes goes without response. My case worker Kiaya hasn’t responded or given me a call back throughout my recertification process this year. I called multiple time just to know my dates. I keep getting calls back from other case workers and now have to go through an appeal process because I wasn’t receiving my proper forms. I have to miss work to answer a call because I’m scared that’s my only opportunity to actually speak with someone."

"They are horrible i have been trying to get a hold of the enrollment dept and have left countless voicemails. According to to then they give u a call back within 24hrs that is not true. They definitely need to be more efficient and should contact people in a timely matter its been almost a week since ive called."

"It's a peace of mind that your child care is provided. Idk what or how would I have done regards child care services. All the ladies in the front and also the case managers so far that I had are really nice, polite,sweet, and satify your needs.. They understand I can't explain but one thing I know that I always come out with a big smile from their. Thank you all n keep up the GREAT work...!!!"

"My experience has not been pleasent. It's great that your able to get assistance with child care, but they really need to step up. Some staff are great & others are just very unprofessional. To expedite anything you have to ask for the supervisor. They are really short staff & reaching your case worker via phone or email takes about a day to reply/return. They have really messed up on days I pay for my child's daycare & my provider isn't get paid for one day out of the week. This is probably my 4th-5th time calling them to fix their error and to reach the supervisor...Always directed to a message machine..."

"Not efficient at all. They made us go through so much paper work for over a month, only to deny us because we made a few hundred over the limit. So ridiculous. Thanks for all your help. If your going to run a program that helps people, then please actually do that. Don't waste people's time and money. If your workers name is Brenda you better be prepared to be to have the worst experience."
