"Michelle was awesome! I had the upper eyeliner tattoo done. I got a consultation first where she explained the procedure as well as addressed any concerns I had. Michelle is very caring and knowledgeable about her field. She holds her work up to a high standard. She wants to make sure you get the best application possible. I had a little bit of eczema and she scheduled my appointment so that I had plenty of time to treat it. I had never had a tattoo or permanent makeup before and Michelle made the tattooing experience super comfortable. She explained what each part was going to be like as the procedure went along. She made sure to re-apply numbing cream consistently throughout the procedure in order to ensure my comfort. Most of the application felt like a buzzing against my face, slight pinching here and there. I could almost say that it was less painful than getting my eyebrows threaded. My eyeliner is almost done healing and I've been getting compliments all around. I'll be going back soon to get my powder brow!"
