"I had arrived late into LA from Sydney Australia…11hr delay! I contacted to say I couldn’t make the appointment I’d originally booked and they said not to worry we can change it to the next day! I had prepaid and booked, so I was very grateful for that understanding! Usually with facials you can be under quite bright clinical lights. But this was a beautifully calming experience! I was made to feel so relaxed, lights set low and I actually fell asleep a few times! I paid for a proper full facial, which I didn’t realise included an arm and neck massage! It was so lovely, I highly recommend it! I walked out feeling fabulous, a bit bleary cos I had relaxed too much! But meeting my friends after, they said I looked shining and glowing! A really wonderful experience & I felt like I got way more than I paid for!"

"I am so happy! This was my first facial ever and it was just as great as I was told. I got the Signature Facial and it was AMAZING! So relaxing! (Worth it for the face and arm massage alone!). My skin looks great, she taught me what to do to help with my fine lines (thank you!) and wasn’t pushy about selling products after (though she had many great options to choose from!) The location was cool, too, with a modern and relaxing atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back."

"I usually don’t leave reviews, but my facial with Estrella definitely deserved one. This was my first time ever getting a facial and I don’t know why I hadn’t gotten one earlier. It was the most relaxing 1+ hour I’ve had in MONTHS. The oils/face masks smelled amazing and I loved how Estrella talked to me about my skin, including explaining every step of the facial process. As soon as I got home, my sister told me my face was glowing and felt so smooth. I will definitely be coming back and can’t wait for my family/friends to experience the same with Estrella!!"
