"Terrible experience. I asked to have my eyebrows cleaned up. The waxer was so distracted talking the whole time that she must not have been paying attention. She overly "cleaned up" one eyebrow taking half of it off, now it's pencil thon and doesn't match the other one. And there's big holes in my other brow. I will never go there again for a brow wax"

"This place turned out to be good, Natalie did a wonderful job on waxing my legs. My only disappointment with this place was, I never got my discount that I was promised when I booked my appointment. I was told that first timers here get a discount off of there first waxing, but that never happened."

"DO NOT GO HERE. My friend came here earlier today to get her brows cleaned up a bit, however the technician took off most of her brow hair in the front of one brow and the other shaped completely crooked and just horrible. She then proceeded to try to cover her mistakes by applying heavy eyebrow makeup on her which left her looking like an angry bird! Charged her full price and didn’t even show her in a mirror prior to payment. Once my friend caught a glimpse of her brows she burst out laughing and then into tears as this was right before her first day of school. Anyone would be able tell that these brows were not worth the money or looked acceptable to send her out looking this way. Worst experience I’ve ever encountered. If I could give 0 stars I would."

"I can't say enough good things about this place. They are always cheery and happy to see you while still being professional. These ladies could give lessons! The wax specialists are so nice, and they are very good at keeping up an interesting conversation and keeping your mind off of what's happening. Highly recommended!"
