"Has a better layout now. Great selection of wines. The 5 cent wine deal is great because you can get two bottles for half price+5c. Lets us try more expensive bottles than our usual price range. Been using the Bevmo app to order online and pickup. The first time, I got there at the scheduled time and it was ready. The second time it went smoothly. The last time the app bugged out and my credit card had 4 pending charges and the store never received the order. So I had to call to figure it out."

"WTH happened to this store? Haven’t been here in a few years and I’m looking for sometime rather hard to find but Total Wine & More has it so I totally ASSUMED BevMo would have it. I walked in, asked for the item I wanted, was pointed to an isle where the employee said “all the … drinks are on this isle”. (Just a tip: that’s not customer service. And you had no other customers at the moment), and not only did I not find my item in that aisle, but I found a lot of empty shelves and barely anything even related to what I wanted! I doubted she gave me the correct info and walked all the isles looking for my item. She gave me the correct info. I walked into an entire section of what appeared to be a Rite Aid type store. Um, what?? Is this the “Mo”? Ok well If that’s the Mo then I’ll go to Rite Aid. Do people shop for cotton balls and shampoo here?? How about taking that stuff out and putting in more variety of adult beverages? That’s what I thought I was shopping for. Update: wow I just learned that someone bought out BevMo and now it’s BevMo + Gopuff (which sounds like a smoke shop or vape shop). There are homeless and drunk people always in front of these stores. what’s that about? And the store is FILTHY. I think I see what’s going on here. See-ya!!"
