"Horrible experience trying to book an appointment here. First, I got sick the day of the appointment and was told to let them know 24 hours prior for cancellations or be charged a fee. I wish viruses would let us know in advance when they would attack. Or do they want people to come in even when they're sick? Makes me wonder how safe this place is. I decided to let it go and book again. I confirmed the appt from a reminder I got on my email. Then, I saw a text asking me to confirm. I ignored it since I had confirmed already over email. I then get a notification that my appt was canceled? Seems to me like they love making clients' lives especially difficult. Not going to try again here."

"Made an appointment through ClassPass. I had enough credits for an express facial (30 min). I booked it 2 days in advance and there were plenty of times available. Upon entry, it’s a small but nicely decorated store. There are I think 4-5 chairs for clients and all skin care is done in the main room. My esthetician was Sepid. She had a soft voice and honestly couldn’t hear her explanations very much between her low voice, her mask, and the equipment. But it was a relaxing experience and my first facial. We opted for microdermabrasion as I have some old red acne marks but didn’t have much need for extractions. She warned me that one product may cause some tingling/burning, and it did but it wasn’t bad. At the end, she gave me some nice thick lip balm and wrote down the products she used. The microdermabrasion was amazing, I did notice a big difference in my red marks even more so after 1-2 days. She recommended I come back and get the congested facial option, but I’m not sure how long I should wait. Good experience, but I’m not sure I want to spend $100 on a 30 min facial. So maybe I’ll save up ClassPass credits again. A week later, my skin is breaking out a little but I tend to get hormonal acne so I’m not sure if it’s related to the facial or not."
