"I’ve been getting my lashes done since 2015, and this is by far one of the best lash lounges. I was referred by my sister when I moved to M. View. It’s SUPER clean, from the entry to the restroom, which is very important to me. They are consistent with their lash fills and do beautiful work. They have a frequent visitor card, so you earn perks pretty often. The person managing the front desk is not a lash tech, so there is always someone available when you check in, need to pay, or schedule your appointments. They are great at follow up, and are very responsive which is nice because I have a very busy schedule."

"BAD MISTAKE during my extension appointment. Glued my lashes together when I asked for a very simple light hybrid set. The technician (maybe an under-trained associate) made several mistakes and was not very gentle during the extension appointment. This should have been my first warning but I heard her whispering to the owner (in Chinese) that she made a mistake. Then I heard the manager whispering back that she will fix and and “let me do it.” Aside from this extremely unprofessional customer service and this horrendous mistake (google it, it’s basically the worst faux pax ever for extensions), the manager refused to remove the uncomfortable lashes that were glued together, and told me “it looks great”. I told her I requested to have some of the hybrid lashes removed because they looked funny and also I felt kinda uncomfortable. I ended up giving into the correction of the owner and believing that this lash extension job was done correctly. I woke up in the middle of the night, eyes ITCHY SWOLLEN AND RED. I had to use PRESCRIPTION MEDICINE drops to calm my red eyes, and I noticed my right eye was irritated and the lashes felt “stuck” every time I blinked. I had ordered prescription antibiotic eye drops in the MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT to fix this issue. As of this time, I have contacted this business to ask for a refund."

"I am in love with this place! Before you begin the service the manager talks with you to understand exactly what you want. The person who did my lashes was very kind and patient and I loved the result! For sure I will continue going there!"
