"La Vie, MD, is well worth the investment. My complexion is acne-prone and sensitive, and I have struggled with hyperpigmentation since I was a teenager. For years, I overspent on high-end cosmetic brands for skincare products and did not see any results. I found La Vie MD on Yelp, and I am delighted I went. For starters, the staff is professional and knowledgeable about the services they provide. I adore Kendra; she is exceptional at what she does, and I keep returning for my sessions. With a series of chemical peels, hydra facials, and dermaplanning, I am amazed with the results. Kendra also got me started on medical grade "Skinbetter" regimens, and believe me, my skin is looking wonderful. I have less breakouts, my hyperpigmentation has reduced, and my skin looks much better than I expected. La Vie MD provides excellent services, and they will not try to sell you services unless they are absolutely necessary. My experience has been excellent thus far, and I plan to continue utilizing their services. Finally, the owner is welcoming and kind. As soon as you enter the clinic, you will be greeted by professional staff and made to feel welcome. :)"

"I am editing after hearing the new owner's response: La Vie charged me $50 more than the flyer's printed price. They only corrected it after trying to pressure me to eat the extra "Oh, it's only $50". I wanted the refund immediately, but they were reluctant. It took a lot to get them to refund, which made me question their integrity. I had to talk the receptionist into giving me the correct price and then others got involved. The experience felt humiliating and embarrassing. They need to create a way to correct their mistakes by treating the customer a little better than this."
