"I really do enjoy coming to the store when I can. However, they falsely advertise their curbside. I tried it and waited 12 minutes outside just for it to get cancelled. After I tried again and it said action could not be accepted. Such an inconvenience to think you can just quickly stop by when that’s not true."

"NOT BABY FRIENDLY!!! I went this morning with my baby because in a real world you don’t pay babysitter just because you are going at Sephora! So I went trying to buy a Dior perfume for a Christmas gift! I just put down for a moment my baby’s bottle water on top a furniture that didn’t have anything and the lady from Sephora staff told that y need to remove it and she saw it was a baby bottle and she touched in a rude way but first I didn’t put my baby in the floor because are expensive and frágil things so I didn’t want that my baby touched so I just wanted try the perfumes really quick because this perfume that I wanted was next to the cashiers so I was just putting my baby on top of this wood furniture (empty) and she told me really rude that I had to move my baby “we don’t want your baby broke it”. I left the store and I hope this young lady can understand in a moment of her life that real moms need to go shopping too with their babies My baby wasn’t touching anything or doing something bad I bough this perfume at Macy’s by the way!!! They got me a tree gift! Thank you for nothing! If you have babies please don’t go to Sephora or not Tuesdays around 10 AM you don’t want a bad experience ! It was a terrible bad experience, if you are not a friendly person pls don’t work at costumer services!!"

"The experience was awesome. Once I walked in I asked for the help that I needed. It was right on it when they requested for someone to help me. The person that they requested was helping someone else. It was nothing they got right on it and they actually had helped me themselves. They were awesome. I would recommend it to anyone. # they rock!!!!"

"My makeup appointment was booked weeks ago, at noon. 15 mins before my appointment some one called asking to delay my appointment by 15 mins. I was on my way the at the time, so I said I would be there and wait. I reach the location, and waited. 12:15 came and went...by 12:25 I was still waiting. They finally sat me in the chair at 12:30, but which time there wasn't time to do the full face I'd booked. The MUA did a good job on my base (hence the 2 stars) but the eyes that she did weren't complete. I had to ask her specifically to do eyeliner, and she gave my lashes a single, cursory coat of mascara without even curling them. Terrible experience. Won't be booking makeup here again."
