"Was just at the Geary Blvd location in search of some bourbon. Was looking in the “allocated”section, asked the associate if they had got any allocated items in stock, he laughed it off and responded no. As I was browsing a lady had came next to me. Asked a separate associate about a picture she had seen online about a back room filled with allocated bourbon. The gentleman and her had a conversation, she then walked back into the “Employee only” back room and walked out with a bottle of EH Taylor single barrel. A VERY allocated bottle of bourbon. I asked the same employee as before what the heck just happened? He responded “she’s the general manager she can do whatever she wants” I didn’t see any badge nor any credentials from this lady. Just plain clothes walking in the back with another associate and getting a bottle. This is what is messed up with many liquor stores around the country. Just sad to see the back door happing here at a BevMo store I always visit. Oh of course that was the last bottle they had when I had asked again."

"I came looking for a few bottles of wine/ champagne as a gift and was helped by Michael and Mark. Full of suggestions and I was impressed that they actually knew which wines by name that they had/ didn’t. With hundreds of wineries, that’s impressive! They were both attentive, helpful without being smothering. Great service, attention to what the customer is asking for and nice recommendations. The pomegranate Liqueur- La Palma was a WONDERFUL recommendation that I never would have considered. Keep up the good work gentleman- this nurse will be back! Side note- it was nice see that they knew who was entering in/ out the store at all times- great communication!"
