"I wanted to return a box of glasses. They didn't refund me because I didn't have physical receipt. I was showing them the card I used but they didn't agree. I asked them to scan bar code or swipe my card to check purchase history, but they didn't refund. Such a bad experience, no managers were cooperating at all. I would have given zero rating if possible."
