"I came to visit my friend in San Francisco, and we decided to get a spa day during my stay. The customer service is excellent. I booked with a day in advance, and they were able to accommodate me and my friend in an 80 min massage with a 80 minute facial plus 20 min spa bath for both. The place is extremely clean and it has all the amenities. The people who work there go above and beyond with the level of care and attention that they give to the customers. Everyone is friendly, respectful, and welcoming. I've been in many places for a massage, and this place exceeds my expectations. My friend and I spent 6 hours in there and we didn't feel it. My facial was amazing. Cailin explained everything in detail. She has a calm voice that made me relax. She gave me recommendations about how to take care of my skin and products to use. Unfortunately, phones aren't allowed, and I couldn't take pictures of the amazing place. I'm definitely going to come back."

"Absolutely the best spa experience we have ever had! High-end environment and facilities. My massage therapist, Brianna, is very experienced in the healing arts and a superb masseuse. I lost a lot of weight and my body is out of whack and my shoulders and back in a lot of muscle pain. It is 24-hours later and all of the pain is gone! The bath assistants were smiling and very pleasant. Top notch!"
