"Don't be fooled into thinking that your lawyer is there to help because trust me they are not there to help you win..dont tell them anything because attorney client privileges dont work in family court and that is a fact. Be ready for some serious game playing because in this court house county counsel runs the show and if starts to flow your way or childs lawyer says child should go home to parents all of sudden they will do a switch up move where they change lawyers and judges until they find someone who will only agree with county counsel recommendations but they do this on the down low.. this isn't real court and you have no rights and they are not going to give you your kids back if you complete a case plan dont be stupid do your research. My child is on its 5th lawyer what should have been an easy case turned into a nightmare and most of the time it is all "b.s" anyways they dont tell you anything so u r unable to fight your case properly.they will hide behind their 827 order or let perjury and lies be said and never let you submit evidence that proves your innocence. Trust me they dont care about your children either reunification is setup for failure and drug test are changed by the social worker take it from someone who has family that works for cps..they are able to change it that is why it is formated differently and no login path at the bottom of page .. family court is there to make money. If i was county counsel i would be embarrassed over the amount of clerical errors and mistakes made on the reports because with that type of salary it makes him look bad when reports are filled with so many errors. Im surprised that they are not in the news more often.more kids=more funding.and more funding = better retirement and incentive bonuses. Define all the # codes in your case and read all the court rules and always appeal."

"This place has left me with nothing but negative memories, ones that I would rather forget but find impossible to do so. I endured a traumatic period here when my parents, unfortunately, were taken into custody. During that time, my father's voice was barely heard, and his presence was sorely missed. He was a figure of comfort for me, and his absence only added to the pain. Along with my sibling and mother, I was taken away and placed into foster care, a system that was meant to be a refuge but proved to be another source of distress. We were forced to spend what felt like an eternity, but in reality, were only several months, in the care of strangers. The pain of this experience was only exacerbated by the fact that one of the foster parents didn't treat me with the kindness and care that a child should receive. Once you get into dcfs hands you’ll never get out the only thing I’ve done is continue to have child after child so now there is a chance to make a new case . My youngest is 3 my oldest is 15 Judge Brett Bianco dept 416 just told me this morning “mother needs to step it up especially since ___ is only 3 years old we could potentially be in your lives for the next 15 years “ sounded like a threat to me I’m not sure .
