He rang up the person incorrectly in front of me and then started SWEARING at the person when they noticed they were charged incorrectly. I have never seen anything like it and honestly feared for the safety of everyone in there."

In addition, they stand behind their product. I returned an expensive bottle of white burgundy for being corked -- no issues/they provided a replacement bottle without question. This is an amazing shop with a super cool vibe and an amazing selection of both rare/hard to find stuff with the everyday staples thrown in. Ask for a recommendation, they have your back.
