"Magnificent service at Optima! Best chocolate pairing I’ve seen in Sonoma county! Must go for lovers of wine pairings! Great spot to picnic and several wineries nearby in walking distance to check out after if you still want to sip!"
"Great find and excellent wines! Highly recommend checking out this place! Our hosts Nicol (Owner) and Carol (Manager) were excellent company making us feel right at home during our visit! Very few spots where I liked all the wines I got to select on the list. They even have picnic tables and a bocce ball court, can't get much better!"
"We went in for a wine tasting and got a whole history lesson on the area. The pourer was very friendly and knowledgeable even giving us recommendations what to do for the rest of the day. The wine was good but nothing fantastic however it is in a courtyard with a couple other places. You could even make yourself a little wine tasting tour if you wanted. The drive there was beautiful as it was through several other wineries vineyards."
"We had the wine and cheese pairing. Our hosts were very friendly and knowledgeable. The cheese plate was generous and delicious with local salami and cheeses. We will be back!"
"Stopped in here several years ago on a wine country roadie and it was my most favorite tasting room of the entire trip. Why? I was pretty put off by a lot of the Napa side wineries and some of the larger Sonoma side ones, many of those wines didn't knock my socks off and were typically $50 and up per bottle. At the family wineries i found what I was looking for, really great wines that were $40 or less and a super laid back staff that was very helpful. The Collier Falls wines were amazing at that time and i wish i would've bought more. You also get to sample a bigger variety of smaller wines since it's a coop. I'll definitely make a point of coming back to Dry Creek and to this place especially."
