"Felix Montero is not allowed to practice law in California, as currently disclosed in the California State Bar Association Attorney Portal. We have been unable to reach him to get our file back after trying for a very long time via phoning his office, email and text. He has not been responsive. Nothing was done on our case since 2017 beyond filing the initial application, so our money was taken fraudulently and there are others that have had the same experience. Court documents are available for public viewing on the California State Bar Website."
