"This pharmacy is the worst, I wouldn’t come here if it wasn’t the closest pharmacy to my house. Rudest staff. Slowest staff. Why does it take so long to fill a prescription?! And why does the drive through line take so long? I’ve never experienced this anywhere else. Oh I know why, because I’ve pulled up to the window several times and can see a few of them huddled together looking at something on one of their cell phones. They ignore you. So then you hit the call button and none of them budge, someone else picks up the phone and tells you it will be a minute until they can get to you. What in the world?! You’d think with so many bad reviews on here saying the same things over and over about the pharmacy staff’s slowness and rudeness and unprofessionalism that upper management would address these issues. But I’ve been coming here, unfortunately, for almost 3 years and no improvements. Thankfully we are moving soon."

"Severely understaffed, no one ever available in the photo department. Waited 10 min on hold just to be told they would call me back and then never called back. Photos weren’t done at the time they said they would be. They printed them when I got to the store after waiting for someone to show up to the counter for 15 min."

"What a passive-aggressive, condescending group of incompetent plebians currently working in that Pharmacy. Go to Rite-Aid on E Commerce, Target/CVS on North Freeway, or Raley's on Truxel. The current ensemble get a kick out of you becoming indignant, just to tuck in their tails when you call them out on projecting how much they hate their lives in to you obtaining what's potentially saving yours."

"Wish I could give them zero stars. Walgreens on Del Paso is the worst. Order online, half my order they didn't fill. Didn't ask me about substitute. Just didn't fill the item. Now it takes 2-3 days to get refunded the money they are holding and I have no extra money to buy what I needed so badly. Worst customer service ever."
