"Sad to say I wasn’t very impressed with Pharmaciopy in Seal Beach. Booked appointment on a special to try it out. Which I’m glad I only paid the discount price because to me it was no different than a basic facial. The reservation confirmation promised a gift valued at a $125. Which I had forgotten about the day of my treatment, and something they never mentioned the entire time I was there. So I called back. The gift was supposedly part of my treatment. When told what part I shared that I never received that either. I will give them 5 stars for super friendly staff though."

"The woman who did my facial was extremely rude and unprofessional - she was bashing my skin and told me to throw away whatever I am using at home. She put a steamer on my face, a mask and then an LED light. The service was a scam. I don't receommend this place at all. The credit card machine didn't work and the woman checking me out tried to tell me they only accept 20% tips when I tried to give her 15% (she didn't even deserve that). I ended up having to venmo to pay. It all felt like a scam to me."
