"Worse facial ever! I got to the Temecula location at 940 for My 10am appt. There’s no one in the front to greet you, but there’s a bell to request service. I ring the bell as soon as I get there and have a seat at 10:05 I rang the bell again. I finally get helped a few minutes later, They don’t offer water or tea, show you were the restroom are or review the medical paperwork I had just completed. We get to the room and There’s an undressed black looking chair that extends to form a bed. There’s no sheets or blankets to lay on or place over you. I also didn’t see any certifications or licenses in the room. The aesthetician doesn’t leave the room to let you settle and lay down. Instead, she walks me in Hands me a shower cap and asked me to put it on. She notices I’m pregnant and asked me if I would be OK with laying down for about 50 minutes. I’m surprised because I was expecting the bed to be your usual spa bed very comfortable, blankets, heated and with a bolster pillow under your knees. Since I didn’t see any pillows, I asked if she had a pillow for under my knees she left the room to look for one. Usually you’re given the option of removing your top so your neck and chest could be worked on and shoulders rubbed. This was not the case after she asked me to put the shower cap on she watched me lay down and started. Never have I had a facial with latex gloves. She wore gloves the whole time it felt awful on my face. You could feel the rubber plus the wrinkles in the glove because they were big on her. The room had no music, the door was left cracked open, and the whole time you could hear two employees carry on a very loud conversation. During the facial there was no steam to open up your pores. Not even a hot towel, no light to evaluate your skin, nor did she describe anything she was doing or applying. Before she started the microdermabrasion , she cleaned my face with what felt like alcohol wipes, I took a whiff of it and started coughing. I have sensitive skin which i mentioned on the medical questionnaire and you should not be using rubbing alcohol on your face! The whole facial lasted 35 minutes and actually I think it was less. I got the time from me texting my son while I walked back with her and then once I was up and grabbed my phone. What I paid for -hydrating facial, which per the website is 45 minutes, add-on of microdermabrasion which per the website is an additional 30 minutes and an oxygen mask. This was a Groupon the company states on Groupon this particular package has an original price of 233 but on their website this service cost 178. Now the oxygen mask is not an option on their website, but oxygen mask cannot make the difference of 55 dollars. The aesthetician let me know she was done and took her gloves off I was surprised and asked her if she did the oxygen mask. Anytime I’ve had oxygen anything it’s been with real oxygen well she says she’s already done it and shows me a bottle, basically the oxygen mask was just a lotion type mask again all done under 35mins. To top it off as I go to leave she says I should apply SPF but on their website, it says SPF as part of the package. She then continues to say not to use retinal A because of microdermabrasion . Any aesthetician knows that if you’re pregnant and I am nine months pregnant, you should not be using any retinal products so when she said that it made me wonder what she used and if she considered the fact that I’m pregnant and if she tailored the products used based off my skin type and the medical questionnaire. I definitely would not recommend."
"I highly recommend for acne/dry skin! I purchased the Groupon for acne facial + microdermabrasion and was able to make an appointment easily online. The price was spot on so that obviously attracted me, but have been wanting to try something different for my skin. The clinic is a room within Renova Spa to make things easier when you arrive. Although quiet, I enjoyed the lady who did my facial (never got her name). She made feel comfortable and relaxed during the whole process (about 45min). My skin immediately felt tighter, brighter, cleaner, and spots not nearly as red/inflamed. See my before and after photos."
"By far the best experience I’ve had with facials/ eyelashes. Chase is so sweet and a little quiet but can tell she cares about her clients! She put me to sleep during my facial it was so relaxing and helped my face depuff. I’ve had eyelashes before where they are too thin looking and lasted a week .. chase did them exactly like the picture I showed as well as made me fall asleep … she’s so gentle I got in my nap. My eyelashes lasted 3 weeks (I clean and take care of mine ). Will def be a regular !!! Def a recommend."
"I’m so happy I found this spot! Each time I go, it feels like VIP treatment. I’ve done my lashes twice and a jade stone facial and it was fantastic! The lashes are super natural looking with a perfect amount of drama! (Picture for reference) 10/10 recommend!"
"Excellent, left me feeling like I requested 10 years younger. Relaxing and Chase is exceptional at caring for my skin needs. Office is clean & beautiful. Will definitely be back."
