Massage Green SPA

"I was a member here for years, since 2019 I believe, and they apparently have been bought. I’ve called this location and it goes to a voicemail for a different company and nobody ever returns my calls. I had about $800 banked in their “membership” because you couldn’t cancel without losing your money. Now I can’t get ahold of anyone. I received zero communication from them and it feels like they stole my money at this point."

"So wth??? I purchased a 154 dollar massage package for this place called (massage green spa) thru Groupon and upon calling in for an appointment, this place then tells me they will not honor it because they are in the middle of a company buy out and are now called Hand & Stone. I contacted Groupon and they refuse to give me my money back and STILL ARE SELLING MASSAGES FOR GREEN SPA WHICH IS NO LONGER IN BUSINESS!!!!!!!! This is fraud and highway robbery and I will fight this. FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD!!!!!!!!"

"First time getting a massage and Massage Green Spa did an awesome job. My girlfriend and I came and enjoyed the sauna as well as a 1 hr massage. The staff greeted up and signed us in and we were alone in the sauna to relax for an hour. Facility was clean and they explained everything to us. You can even watch Netflix in the sauna! Our massage therapist was Frank and he was very thorough when working on my body. He asked where the tension was and focused on the specific areas and we had a good chat. He was informative and offered good insight and recommendations. I came out relaxed and the tension around my neck and back was as gone. Would definitely come back to Green Spa and see Frank again."

"I went to get a facial today and oh my goodness! Amanda did an amazing job! She listened to my concerns and worked on them. She even gave me a neck massage while she was waiting for my clay mask to set which I really needed, took the time to ask about my skin care routine and made recommendations. Also the manager at the front desk is super sweet. These ladies made my day, thank you! :)"
