"Horrible experience- what a rip off! Wish I can give them -5 stars! Never coming here again WON’T RECOMMEND laser tattoo removal- not only does this place charge 3x more than any other laser treatment facility they have little to no experience- constantly changing people that do your treatment like a revolving door of people working on the same project- too many cooks in the kitchen - not addressing the problem correctly when there’s too many hands on the same procedure- yet not getting the best results- I FEEL COMPLETELY UNHAPPY WITH MY REMOVAL! Never come here! They give you an estimate of how many times you need the service then just burn and hurt you a bunch of times with no results- I’ve gone a total of 6 times and it’s still dark barely lifted - I’ve gone to another clinic with much better results after one session and more than half the price - should have done more research on spade - do yourself a favor and don’t blow $3k on this horrible experience and go somewhere else - this place is garbage! I’ve got 18+ years experience- with tattoos as a tattoo artist and have over 160 tattoos - not taking my business or clients here for anything!!"

"I got Brazilian laser hair removal here with a Groupon. They made me feel super comfortable, which is so necessary for this sort of thing! Super quick service, I was always in and out in less than 15 minutes. And what matter most is that the treatments worked. The laser stings a little, but it works a million times better than the ultra gentle ones."

"I would love to give a higher review, but I’m currently suffering the consequences of using a Groupon to get a discount on tattoo removal at this facility. I had two sessions with Spade, the most recent of which has left me scarred for over two months. I was told they “turn up the intensity as the tattoo fades”, but this has resulted in possible permanent damage to my skin. Would not recommend. Depicted is the tattoo now, purple and not healing, as well as the tattoo after my first session. This is not normal. I’ve had many tattoo removal sessions in the past and am well aware of proper aftercare. The last tattoo session inflicted more pain than any session I’ve been through. I canceled my third appointment with Spade out of fear that they would further damage my skin. EDIT: replying to Spade’s “reply”. The scarring is definitely the same shape as the dots from the laser. I’ll be glad to add on a picture of my tattoo prior to your last treatment for proof. Note the extensive scarring within the bow that did not exist prior to my last treatment. Your laser created this scar, it is not “remaining color from my tattoo”. Also, how incredibly invalidating to state that “our patients have never complained about it being painful”, as if I were making it up. What a joke."

"Making an appointment was very easy, I sent an email and they confirmed via text. I called to get more details and spoke to Medi, the owner, and he walked me through everything, from the parking to the laser process. He was very comforting with a soothing voice and calm. Once I arrived, I noticed the clear blue ocean right across the street. What a beautiful location this MedSpa is at! You do have to walk down some stairs and upon entering the building, it feels like an office. But once you enter the MedSpa, you are transported to a beautiful living room with all pretty things like a white fairy tale mirror, bird cage, whimsical vines and warm lighting. I was presented with an iPad to fill out my new patient paperwork. I love that they are eco-friendly and use digital forms (although it didn’t want to work for me, so I did have to use paper forms). I was offered water while I waited by Irma, who was so sweet and has an wonderfully kind demeanor. I was told that a medical team would review my forms to ensure everything would be safe for me, which felt comforting. Then I was called in for my skin consultation with Irma, who is amazing!! She is super genuine and knowledgeable about skin and skincare. They took pictures of my skin (under the surface) and wow was I shocked. Irma recommended a few treatments that would help as well as lifestyle considerations to change or be aware of. Then I was taken to get laser hair removal by Dijana, who explained every step of the process with a kind smile. I was pleasantly surprised to see that even the treatment rooms maintained the same “Glam” feel as the rest of the clinic, with a glitzy chandelier and nice decor. Sometimes MedSpas forget about the treatment rooms and they can feel quite “clinical”, but not here! The treatment was quick, easy, and painless since they use that numbing spray alongside the laser at the same time. I was in and out quite easily, and just in time to catch a few more sunny views of the beach. Thank you to the Spade team, I can’t wait to go back!"
