The lady we interacted with was very knowledgeable of the products and the history of the products as well. She seems like she enjoys her job and is very personable with customers. This place ranks very high compared to other ethnic hair stores we've visited."

"I absolutely hate writing bad reviews! Very disappointed. I used to shop here all the time and always loved the selection of quality items. I recently purchased a Bobbi Boss wig (for twice the amount I could have bought it online), but I was in a pinch. The price was not the problem, though. I have bought this particular wig before and dismissed the fact that she wouldn't let me try it on. I figured it was because of covid. So I got home and tried it on and it didn't fit well. I also noticed that it was really thick on top. I thought maybe I just needed to cut the lace and try it with my hair pinned down better. After I couldn't get it to fit properly I called and she said to bring it in. She put it on me and insisted that it fit even though it slid up every time I smiled or spoke. She wouldn't listen to me and said it was fine even though it wasn't. This is what I discovered when I was trying to figure out the problem. (Photos) I am so disappointed because I never had a problem here before and because it cost me over $70 for a wig that is no good."
