"This was my second visit to Revive for lip filler. Carrie was my injector and hopefully she will never leave haha! I’ve gone one other place and left bruised for days. Literally no bruising with Kelly! She talked with me about what the best filler would be for me personally because I wanted something classy and more natural. She nailed it! "I have battled with acne and acne scarring since I was in 6th grade. I never left the house without makeup cause of how ashamed I was of my skin. It wasn't without trying, I had been on every medication possible from topical treatments to Accutane. For the first time in my life my skin feels amazing and I'm often asked what Im doing different to my skin. I'm still going through treatments now to minimize scaring but even now it's the best I've ever looked or felt about my skin. Dr. Shaban is extremely knowledgeable and wants the best for her patients. I may sound like I'm gushing but it's all truth... once I've completed my treatment I'll be sure to post before and after pictures. Give her and her products a try. BTW her staff are sweet and genuine and makes you feel comfortable too."

"I would NEVER come here again. Wish I could give negative stars. Bad business practice on the most basic level IMO. Doc overcharged for "time" which was a flat rate of $150 which WAS NOT advertised anywhere beforehand. Service was 8 units should have been $104 , then I asked for a $50 gift to meet the minimum. Instead, overselling tactics and starting at the highest doses. They should have informed me of the minimum when I scheduled my appt as I told the front desk my intention was only to have my crows feet done 3 and 3 (I'm young and 3+3 has been perfect for the last couple of years). Instead of informing me they said I’d get 10% off as a first time patient but didn’t even apply that. Just come on - -- give people what they want and you'll get more service in the long run. I usually go to The Skin Center in New York and they've never done this - they always put the client first, provide people with what they want, and are transparent/clear regarding pricing and deals- should go sometime and learn a bit on how to improve on this front. Bad business practice on the most basic level. Dr. Shaban, The intention should be to help your client achieve THEIR GOALS - and you adapt to that, not the client meeting YOUR quotas. Just missed out on my future business, my friends', my colleagues’, and family's because I will not be recommending this place. hopefully my eyelids don't start drooping - then it'll really not be worth it"
