"The first time Glenda did my hair she double booked me because she forgot that I made that appt with her...and I made it a month in advance. She worked me in but seemed like she was rushing thru it. I wanted mocha colors so she highlighted all of my hair first then dyed it after to get the color I was looking for and did a good job so I thought I would give her another try. When she touched up my hair the colors didn't even match, she touched up the highlights but just on the top of my head and just the roots so I have these blonder sections that are about 3 inches long. I don't even want to wear my hair down cause it looks awful. I will never go here again"
