"Ok, the worst experience I have dealt with. Jose Jordan and associates is the worst office you can go for an legal advice. In my case immigration consultation. Consultation is not free be ready to be charged am amount of $150. Don't waste your money. I paid for an appointment at 11. I waited in the lobby for an hour. Not bad right it gets interesting. Next I was called in by his assistant into an office. He took some notes down then walked out of the office with paper on hand proceeded to ask me to wait for Jose (lawyer) to take over. I was left in the office for 2 hours to be exact I almost felt like I was forgotten of. Finally after 2 hours of waiting Jose Jordan walked in. Big red flag --. He advertises his office on the radio. He’s worst lawyer I have ever consulted to with very unprofessional! After waiting an eternity for MY appointment I paid for ahead of time. Big scammer! He out there scamming the Latino community which is awful. Do your research I guarantee you won't be charge triple the amount of what he is charging here. Didn’t tell anything different than the information I had found online myself. Pointless! Waste of time! I would Kindly like my money back!"

"Today is a very a sad day for me i feel anger I don't get why are own people are so bad like this company i don't get why they have good reviews Today is my GRANDFATHER FUNERAL in El Salvador i am in the process of 131 form to travel to go see my gramp sad he passed away before get my permit I called them a few times to request a back phone call but the desk lady just say they will call you in 24 hours Claudia and Esmeralda have other appointments to assist i told her just a call of two minutes need to know if I could directly go to USCIS to request my permit today to leave same day she said they will call you before 5pm she acted like robot they don't have sense of human Well here we are they didn't even call me yesterday and am sure they won't call me today in the past i have requested a call back from Esmeralda or Gladis they haven't Iran businesses I don't treat my customers like this my customers are my support thanks to them i feed my family i have like 120 employees and not only that i know a lot of people I won't recommend lose lordan and asosiados to anyone Last ting the lawyer gives a contract agreement and he doesn't even sign any paper nobody does just the customer sign"
