"Great selection, super quick and easy way to shop in a hurry and on a budget I made my usual trip in to family dollar to get some household items. They have a loyalty program that's attached to my phone number, saves me even more money, well, until this last visit. Neither of my phone numbers worked! All of the sudden i can't get my discounts! I'll have to go home and get on their website and sign up again! Haven't had time lately and i lost over 5$ at that one transaction, because all of the sudden their system doesn't recognize my phone number that I have always used there. The clerk was apologetic, however, offered no help. Wasn't willing to do anything except send me home without my extra 5$ savings! Tells me" Go sign back up" you know where you can go! I was a regular customer. You could have been more helpful. I got the feeling you didn't want to help!"

"Many items. From soup to pet food to plastic and hardware! Not all recognizable brands. Things seem good though. Some nice clothes. Take cash and cards. Very nice people who go out of their way to be friendly. They had what I wanted and it was a pleasant experience."
