As an immigration lawyer of many decades of experience. Kathleen extended my Visa here due to my wife's hospitalization, I had to take care of my wife's needs. I was from Canada and my wife's medical health was deteriorating. I was denied a permanent residency by USCIS at the San Bernardino field office in October 2018.
